Estancia perfecta.
Me gustó la atención de todo el personal de recepción , check in y check out en segundos,todo muy bien explicado y el trato excepcional, Habitación cómodas,camas,buffet,piscinas,bares,todo muy cuidado y sobre todo unas vistas que considero las mejores de Mallorca. A pesar de ser un hotel en zona de Ingleses me sentí con total comodidad. La chica socorrista de la piscina inferior en todo momento atenta y al cuidado de todos.
Nada que reflejar que no me haya gustado.

Hotel en pleno centro de Palmanova
La ubicación es muy buena, pegado a la playa aunque para aparcar si vas en coche propio un poco complicado. El buffet del desayuno muy completo. Las vistas al mar y playa espectaculares.
No nos gustó que pedimos expresamente una cama de matrimonio ya que en el hotel daban la opción o en su defecto que nos acomodaran dos camas individuales como si fuera una de matrimonio, el hotel nos confirmó que si lo harían y no nos pusieron ni una cosa ni la otra. También nos dijeron que teníamos un detalle por nuestro aniversario y brillo por su ausencia. Además nuestro baño tenia un goteo en el wc que sonó durante toda la noche. Y el buffet de la cena algo escaso además de que lo retiraron todo media hora antes de acabar la hora de las cenas, el desayuno si estaba mejor.

Cómodo y ubicación muy buena
Piscina a línea del mar, comodidad y desayuno. El todo incluido muy buen precio.
La piscina de arriba (infinity) solo es para las habitaciones de la planta 7 y 8. Las cenas poca variedad. Frío en la habitación y entraba luz.
